Why Reiki?

This is why I offer Reiki as a way of creating space for rest, comfort and peace. 

For me, Reiki offers the opportunity to provide peace and comfort to others. It gives people an hour away from a busy schedule to relax, reset and feel rejuvenated.

Seeing a tense person arrive and a settled person leave is one of the most rewarding parts of offering this energy work.

There is something quietly joyful about helping someone reconnect with a sense of calm.
