By booking a service with The Willow Familiar Tarot & Energy Work, you agree to the following terms:

• All services must be paid for at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your session. Late cancellations may be charged in full.
• Distance Reiki sessions require you to be in a quiet, comfortable space at the scheduled time to receive the session effectively.
• Tarot and energy work sessions are for personal insight and wellbeing only and should not be used as a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
• I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a session if it is not appropriate or safe to continue.

All services offered by The Willow Familiar Tarot & Energy Work are intended for relaxation, personal insight, and general wellbeing. Reiki, energy healing, and tarot readings do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions. They are complementary practices and should not replace professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial support.
